Absolutely. We encourage cat parents to visit our facility, meet our team, and explore the space before making a booking. Visits are available by appointment.
Yes. Cats from the same family can stay together in a Private Condo or, if they are neutered/spayed and comfortable in a social environment, enjoy our Shared Cat Lounge together.
Yes. We guarantee one photo or video update every day after 8 PM via WhatsApp, so you'll always know how your cat is doing. Whenever possible, we'll also share additional updates throughout the day, but these are not scheduled and may vary depending on your cat's activities and our daily schedule.
Yes. We can administer your cat's medications according to their prescribed schedule. Please share your cat's medical history, medication schedule, and any special care requirements with us during the booking process so we can provide the best possible care.
Your cat's wellbeing is our highest priority. If veterinary attention is ever required, we'll contact you immediately and arrange prompt care through our trusted partner veterinarian, while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Check-in and check-out are available during our operating hours. If you require a different time, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
